Knowledge and Skills:

  • Working knowledge of basic professional sales techniques and ehtics. 
  • Experience in Cyber Security selling is preferred.
  • Ability to work both individually and in a teaming environment.

 

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Weekly forecasting and tracking
    • One forecast session with each sales rep weekly to track performance against quota.
    • Assess performance of last week and set specific sales priorities for next week.
  2. Weekly Sales Training
    • Weekly role play/training session for each technology group and practice.
  3. Customer Success
    • Require Annual Customer Success Plans for all A customers from Account Managers
  4. Partner Success
    • Require Partner Success Plans for all A partners from Partner Managers
  5. Team Success
    • Complete Enablement in KYC specifically selling at SPS.
    • Complete profile in BMS
    • Create role-based task list in BMS.
    • Complete Personal Success Plan
    • Success roadmap
    • Training and certifications
    • Get comp finalized.
  6. Sales Methodology Adoption
    • Create a database of target industry customers and contacts in BMS.
    • Map SPS products and Services to the target market
    • Create a marketing plan for each product and service.
    • Set quarterly sales goals for each product and service.
    • Create Sales Plans to achieve those goals.
    • Create Account Plans for target accounts.
    • Propose quarterly budget to achieve goals.
    • Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve the target.
    • Execute and exceed business targets.
