Responsibilities
- Design and develop training materials for Business Management Systems (BMS).
- Ensure course content aligns with organizational processes and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and integrate relevant information.
- Update and maintain existing training materials to reflect current practices and regulations.
- Evaluate and incorporate feedback from learners and stakeholders to improve course effectiveness.
- Facilitate engaging learning experiences through various instructional methods.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Tasks:
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.
- Develop course outlines and learning objectives.
- Create multimedia content, including presentations, videos, and interactive modules.
- Implement learning management systems (LMS) for course delivery and tracking.
- Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
- Collaborate with IT and design teams to enhance course accessibility and usability.
- Prepare reports on training outcomes and participant feedback.
