Job Description:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner success strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Collaborate with partners to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Develop strategic account plans for key partners, monitoring their performance and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Analyze partner performance data and metrics to evaluate partner health and success.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies, resolve issues, and optimize partner experience.
  • Address and resolve partner escalations and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in partner success and relationship management.
  • Lead and manage a team of Partner Success Associates or managers, providing guidance and support.
  • Act as a strong advocate for partner success within the company, ensuring partner needs are represented in strategic initiatives.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and experience working with diverse types of partners.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
