We have an immediate opening for a Client Success Leader responsible for helping our customers leverage our AI, Cloud and Security capabilities to grow their business. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Create account plans documenting the mission, vision, goals, strategies and tactics for assigned accounts and how SPS can help them make it happen
- Meet with strategic leaders and decision makers in the account to understand and document their priorities and goals. Create a contact plan to ensure follow-thru and results.
- Track all account and contact activities in BMS
- Share all demand gen events and activiites with relevant stakeholders in the account.
- Schedule annual, mid-year and qualrterly account reviews to assess progress
- Work with Cloud, AI, and Security practice and product leaders to arrange annual technology updates
- Work with vendor partner sales representatives to maximize support to the client.
- Develop and manage a forecast and pipeline on BMS
- Register with account procurement and diversity office to ensure SPS is invited to all RFPs and solicitations.
