Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the SPS PK HR Manager and other SPS Management as directed.
  • Oversee the entire recruiting and hiring process, which includes job descriptions, job posts, reviewing resumes, screening candidates and performing background and reference checks.
  • Oversee Company benefits
  • Maintain updated employee records
  • Maintain Employer-Employee relationships and company culture
  • Talent Management - Drive personal success of all employees by assisting in the creation and tracking of Personal Leadership Plans.
  • Coordinate orientations, training and development sessions and seminars.
  • Complete exit and clearance interviews.
  • Handle disciplinary actions
  • Create and maintain a safe work environment
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Keep HR / Accounting and IT orientations updated in collaboration with department leads
  • Flexible to work in US time zone as needed

Tasks:

  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews
  • Prepare onboarding materials and conduct orientation sessions
  • Update and maintain employee files and HRIS data
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and documentation
  • Coordinate training sessions and track employee participation
  • Help prepare performance review documentation and follow-up
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures

Success Metrics

  • Employee satisfaction and engagement scores
  • Efficiency in recruitment processes (time-to-fill positions)
  • Compliance with HR policies and legal regulations
  • Quality and effectiveness of training programs
  • Reduction in employee turnover rates
Knowledge and Skills:

 

  • Experience in technical recruitment is a must.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions.
  • Strength of character, ethics, and commitment, and reliability.
