Tasks:
- Meet the client to understand expectations, provide monthly report and ask for quantitative feedback to continuously improve performance.
- Ensure system management (FCAPS) function is optimally delivered to meet and exceed MTTF and MTTR commitments.
- Ensure that all helpdesk tickets are responded to within the committed SLAs
- Ensure data is being backed up based on committed frequency and Schedule monthly recovery from backups and quarterly disaster recovery fired rills
