He has remained associated with well-reputed software houses and is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Pakistan. He has international journals publications and is author of four books. His research and development interests include bio-computing, medical image processing, computer vision and robotics. Dr. Ghulam Gilanie holds Masters in Philosophy in Computer Science from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur and Doctor of Philosophy in Artificial Intelligence from COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, Pakistan.
