MUHAMMAD RAFI received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science from the FAST-Institute of Computer Science in 1996 and 2000, respectively. He did his Ph.D. degree in computer science, in 2017. He has more than ten years of experience in software development and also working as Consultant for the local software industry.
