Dennis Conley

Automation Practice Manager

Mr. Conley is an Automation Practice Manager with SPS, a management consultancy headquartered in Rockville, Maryland. He is a senior business and information technology executive and transformation leader with over 20 years of broad corporate and consulting experience. His extensive background and experience covers such areas as intelligent automation, digital strategy, sourcing, business development, technology management, organization development, security and business and strategic planning. Throughout his career, Mr. Conley has been providing strategic advice to public and private firms as well government agencies. He also has the distinction of leading the first business process outsourcing renegotiation that introduced robotic process automation with dramatically lower client fees.

Mr. Conley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Maryland. He was appointed by the County Executive to develop the strategic information technology plan for Montgomery County, Maryland. He is a former member of the Industry Advisory Council, which defined the role of the Chief Information Officer for the U. S. Federal Government. He is on the board of Partscription, a digital provider of over 9 million products and parts for distribution and wholesale to merchants and the service industry.
