WEMS - Event Recording Services

Our Event Recording Services provide you with a file that allows an audience who was unable to attend a live event to see the content of that session – both audio and video from the virtual meeting.  We can create an unedited version of the session or edit the file so that only the most pertinent information is saved.

During the events that we record for you, our Recording Technicians will:

• Make sure the presentation content, including slides, polls, and application sharing, is appropriately sized for the recorder to record it properly.
• Test the recorder line to ensure that it is recording the slides and each of the presenter’s voices.
• Review techniques with the presenter to insure a quality recording is produced.

After the recorded event is complete, the file will be available to you within 72 hours.
