WEMS - Event Management Services
Our Event Managers will:
- Coordinate the “end to end” delivery of your virtual meeting events.
- Confirm the event with the requestor, negotiating any potential schedule conflicts.
- Schedule the event and book the virtual meeting room, audio bridge lines, and the recorder.
- Send registration invitations and event announcements for distribution to potential participants.
- Manage enrollment issues, the audio provider, and any technical issues as they arise.
- Track and report on enrollment and attendance.
- Provide consulting and coaching on virtual meeting logistics and effective use of the technology.
- Review the virtual meeting event request with the program manager or solution owner to understand:
- Course objectives
- Content outline
- Evaluation requirements
- Presentation requirements (slides, handouts, polls, demonstrations, etc)
- The appropriate option for recording the event, if necessary
- Review presentation materials with presenters prior to dry run and provide feedback on the content.
- Coordinate the delivery logistics for the virtual meeting event. Please see Event Facilitation Services for details.

- Complete all activities to “close” the event. Please see Event Facilitation Services for details.
