Custom Training

SPS course architects and instructors will use the methodology outlined below to create a custom course for your administrators, operators, developers and users. This course could be offered in an instructor-led classroom and recorded for future playback.

1. Review Identity Management architecture at your organization
2. Document day to day tasks for the specific role (adminastrators, operators, developers and users)
3. Meet with management to document current skill set, desired skill set and the skill gap of the students
4. Create a Design document for the course
5. Submit Course Design for review and approval to management
6. Create a course data sheet including what the students should be able to do after the class
7. Prepare course slides and student labs
8. Create course lab image
9. Submit course content for review and approval to management
10. Schedule the first teach
