Registration
To register for a course, simply email SPS, Inc. at novell@spsnet.com or call Mary Stang at (301) 963-4777, ext 17. Since space is limited and courses tend to fill up in advance of course dates, we recommend registration four weeks in advance. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation letter of enrollment, a map of the area, a listing of local hotels and directions to the respective SPS training facility.
Payment
For your convenience, SPS accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks, Company Purchase Orders and money orders. For government employees, we will accept government training authorization forms. We require full payment or funding authorizations prior to the first day of class. Note that the registration fee includes all instruction cost and a comprehensive set of course materials.
Student Cancellation Policy
If a student cancels a class with more than one week (6 business days) notice prior to the start date, a full refund may be obtained. Any cancellation or rescheduling within one week (6 business days) will cause the student to incur a 50% late cancellation penalty. Registrants who do not cancel and do not attend are subject to 100% no-show fee.
Course Cancellation Policy
SPS, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any training class. Should SPS cancel a class, a full refund of tuition fees will be issued to the student or applied as a credit toward a rescheduled class. SPS cannot assume responsibility for any other costs to the student (i.e. non-refundable airline tickets).
Non-solicitation
Students agree that they will not willfully seek to hire any instructor of SPS while such instructor is performing work for SPS and for twelve (12) months after class completion, unless prior written approval is obtained from SPS.
Quality Guarantee
SPS is 100% dedicated to providing you the highest quality training services available today. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we invite you to return to our training facilities with your course materials and audit any course you have attended at SPS within one year as long as the course version and material have not changed by the vendor. This will enable you to sharpen skills and enable those students needing additional access to equipment and instructors, to benefit from the excellent services we provide.
