UGA Process Summary
- Meet the customer to understand project history, goals, state of implementation and current priorities to assess opportunity
- Initiate the discovery process by leveraging business and technical questionnaires to gather and publish client data in the project portal
- Schedule in-person interviews to review questionnaires with the responders
- Schedule hands-on sessions with systems administrators to assess the health of the implementation
- Summarize findings and create a management report
- Present report to customer management and define next steps
