The deliverables include installation and configuration of the identity management servers, level 1 integration with one application, on-site training, requirements workshop, and Design document. A project plan for phase two including options for level 2 integration and production roll-out is also delivered. This service is ordered as a Firm Fixed Price Deliverable. It includes the labor expended for travel time but does not include travel expenses. SPS will charge for actual transportation costs.
