Sales Mgmt:

Set targets for each core business area
Create a sales and marketing plan to achieve revenue and margin objectives in each vertical
Hire and manage sales force to achieve targets
Schedule monthly forecasts to track progress
Hold quarterly/annual reviews to refine strategy

Marketing Mgmt:

Data sheet for each solution - product/service from each core business area
Marketing plan for each solution - product/service.
Leverage web to promote all products/services
Create sales and marketing collateral
Business environment: SPS is a training provider for IBM Software . We offer instructor-led and web-based courses to customers worldwide.
