US Customs (IGS)
SPS is currently engaged by IBM to architect, design and implement a Tivoli Identity Manager solution. SPS is also integrating PKI with Access Manager for authentication using Digital certificates
and to allow non-repudiation of transaction for US Customs. The user base consists of US Customs
employees, vendors, partners, and customers.
BMW
SPS was engaged by BMW to integrate Tivoli Policy Director. SPS created BMW’s architectural plan
followed by integrating Tivoli Policy Director along with designing BMW’s LDAP structure. SPS provided BMW
with a knowledge transfer by training their system and network administrators on Policy Director’s
administration and maintenance.
Baltimore County
SPS was engaged to install and configure a Network Management System to monitor and manage the Network infrastructure components. In addition, NetView was integrated into Pergerine’s Service
Center tool for Incident Management. SPS also provided training and mentoring for implementing a
WebSphere Host Publisher solution for Baltimore County CIC application.
